Depending on the details of your matter, other investigative agencies may be a more appropriate resource for your complaint or inquiry.  See below for links and descriptions of other agencies and resources; the list of investigative state and federal agencies is not exhaustive.

  • Georgia Department of Human Services - Office of Inspector General

    Provides oversight throughout Georgia's Department of Human Services (GA DHS) to ensure that work is carried on according to agency policy, procedure, and practice. DHS OIG Investigative Units including Internal Affairs, Background Investigations and Fingerprinting, Benefits Claims Investigations, Benefits Claims Recovery and Internal Audits.   • Georgia Department of Law - Office of Attorney General's Special Prosecutions Unit

    The Georgia Department of Law generally represents the State of Georgia for various legal matters. The Attorney General's Special Prosecutions Unit prosecutes identity fraud, securities fraud, and mortgage fraud. Contact to request an investigation from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.
